Quotation
With the design finalized, we provide a clear, itemized quote for your structure. Our goal is to deliver exceptional value where quality and affordability meet.
Step 4:
Ordering
After you place your deposit, we process your order and begin the engineering phase. A processor will reach out with a courtesy call and invoice for the engineered plans. Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the drawings required.
Step 7:
Scheduling and Manufacturing
Once your permit is approved and the site is prepared, manufacturing begins. We coordinate the timeline to ensure your structure is ready within the agreed-upon schedule, balancing precision with efficiency.
Step 5:
Permitting
Once the engineered plans are received they can then be submit to your county for permitting, and in most cases, we can assist you throughout this process. Plans are submitted for both the building and the concrete pad, if applicable.
Step 8:
Installation
Our team delivers and professionally installs your structure, ensuring everything is perfectly set up. This installation is included with your purchase—it's as integral to our service as the metal panels and beams themselves.
Step 6:
Site Prep
With permits approved, it's time to prepare your site. This includes clearing and grading the land, ensuring proper drainage, and creating a level foundation area. Once the concrete permit is obtained, the pad can be poured. Proper site preparation is crucial for a stable, long-lasting structure.
Step 9:
Aftercare and Follow up
Our commitment extends well beyond installation. We remain available to address any questions or concerns that arise. We believe that attention to detail and thorough follow-through are what turn good projects into successful ones.
